At Idaho Sewing & Vacuum, we take pride in the quality of the products we offer. Due to the nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns. Please review our exchange and store credit policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchanges & Store Credit

• We do not offer refunds.

• We are happy to offer exchanges or in-store credit within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt.

• Exchanges and store credit are available in-store only unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, copyright, and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances:

• Fabric

• Kits

• Block of the Month programs

• Patterns

• Books

• Batting

• Material cut by yardage

• Used products
